I can export (Share) a 2-col file as a Word .rtf file with no problems. Previous experience has shown that I can only reimport it after saving it as a Word 97-2003 doc. On my other computer with the same version of DVX running under Win 7, I had no problems reimporting. Now, when I Select Share-> Reimport-> Reimport, click on the file, and press 'Open' in Windows, and then 'OK' in the DVX Import Package dialog, a new Windows Explorer File Save Dialog opens asking me to save the file again (this never happened before). Irrespective of whether I press 'Save' or 'Cancel,' the file does not reimport.
Has anyone encountered this problem. Is it a bug? Does anyone know a workaround?

Dear Martin,
It looks like a problem with MS Office, since you are the first to report this AFAIK.
I would be happy to help you.
Can you please write to [email removed] ?
We will schedule a remote session today to figure out what happens and fix this.
If you don't have time for a remote session, my advice would be:
- Kill any WORD.EXE instances from Windows task manager
- Open your project and follow the steps to reimport the RTF external view (you don't have to save it as doc or docx)
- Track any WORD.EXE process that would appear in the task manager at this point (it should not, if it does then we know we have to repair MS Office installation)
- Kill it if necessary
- Check if the file imports
Kind regards,
Atril Team
